To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 5 business days, as stated in our Privacy Policy. Please write from the email address on the account so we can be sure who is asking.

We do not take bookings, quote prices or schedule work. Ishla is a marketplace: every job is agreed directly between a client and an independent professional, and we are not a party to it. If you need work done, start a request on the site and the professionals in your area will answer.

We also cannot pass on a phone number for you. Contact details stay inside Ishla’s own messaging until both sides choose to share them.

If something on the site is broken, or a professional or client has behaved in a way that worries you, write to support@ishla.net and say what happened, on which page or job, and when. Safety reports are read first.
