How much does it cost for clients?
Ishla is free for clients. You only pay the pro for the work itself — directly, at the price you agree on in chat. No commissions or markups.
How do you match a pro?
It's not a bidding war. By your ZIP we show up to 5 verified pros nearby — with profile, reviews and prices. You decide who to message.
Are pros verified?
Yes. Before their first job we check each pro's ID and selfie. And only a client with a completed job can leave a rating — so the ratings are trustworthy.
Does Ishla hold payments or process money?
No. We don't process payments and hold nothing. You pay the pro directly, however you agree between you.
Can the pro see my phone and address?
Phone numbers are automatically hidden in the open chat — safer for both sides. You share contact details yourself, only when you choose to.
Do you resell my request to several pros?
No. The client sees up to 5 profiles nearby and messages directly. No 'leads' sold to five people at once.
Where does Ishla work?
We're starting with New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Matching is ZIP-based, so we expand city by city — as pros and clients get dense in the same area.
